The next Fashion Meets Finance event will be held at the newly remodeled Taj, located at 48 West 21st Street (b/w 5th and 6th Ave). The event will take place on June 5th and will begin at 5:30pm. Taj will be serving complimentary Rolling Rocks and well drinks from 5:30 – 6:30 pm for all guests. Hob Nob wines will be conducting a complimentary wine tasting for all guests from 5:30 to 6:30 pm as well

Fashion Meets Finance began as a simple conversation over post-work
cocktails among a few fashion colleagues. The realization was that, as
avid participants in the happy hour scene, something
was missing. Typically bars in the Fashion District were packed full
of women, and those in the Financial District only of men. Considering
the fact that these two industries are already gender heavy enough in
the workplace, the idea was to shake things up a bit socially.
The solution was obvious: combined happy hour events for only the women in Fashion and only the men in Finance.
With that simple idea, Fashion Meets Finance was born.

A small donation of $5 is asked of guests upon entry, with all proceeds going towards A Cause 4 Celebration, a newly founded organization working to raise money for different charities that provide care, treatment, research and education for pediatric cancer.
With that simple idea, Fashion Meets Finance was born.
